カニ・手羽先・骨付き肉・割りばし

① 甲羅を下にし、関節を押え 曲げてはずす。

骨部分を切り離して ｽﾃｰｷのように食べる。
畏まった店では 骨部分は食べないで良いそ～です。
勿体無ければ、
フォークで削ぎ落として食べれば良いと感じる。
きれいな食べ方の基本は、
おはし使いでしょう。
箸の 持ち方･使い方･置き方 もそ～～でしょうが。
食べ終わった後
割り箸なら 汚れた部分がどれだけ少ないかに 尽きてます。
いかにも 食べ散らかしたように見えるの 見苦しい。
