最大の問題は、日本人男性の働き方だ。会社に従属し、夜遅くまで働き、休みもろくに取れない。この非人間性は、先進国では類を見ない。
女性の社会進出が叫ばれるが、男性同様に活躍したいという女性は滅私奉公しかない男社会のなかで男と同じ働き方をしなければならない。
そんな環境で子どもを生み育てるのは難しい。その結果、優れた女性の才能を埋もれさせ、少子化も進むし、経済にも大きなマイナスになる。
この国の人口は
江戸期から明治維新まで ３千万人程。
わずかに１００年間で ８千万人程 爆発的に増大した。
満州事変、日中戦争の侵略戦争を引き起こした原因とも云える。
日本国の歴史の中で 極めて特殊な時代である。。
とにかく 第一義に国民を喰わせる方途を求めなければならなかった。
すべてがこの事によって 流れている。
戦後復興もおんなじ
食糧増産・植林 製造業の護送船団方式
国民は 目一杯に働くことを時代が要求してきた。
「働き方」は この時代に作り上げられている。
更なる不幸は 労働組合運動が政治思想性を纏ってしまった。
本来労働者の組合に 極端な政治性は不必要。
ここにきて 移民政策まで国が本腰を入れ始める。
現行の国家運営を行うのなら 労働者を補てんするしかない！
(移民政策を行うのなら 非友好国は排除して頂きたいもん。)
それ以前に、
歴史的な人口動静の観点にたてば、
この列島の最適な人口数とは、、、
具体的には、
ダムを必要としない国づくりを求めてはど～でしょう。

農業&製造業規模を決定する。
当然に 利用可能な水量に応じて 地方分散は必然。
5,000万人の人口でもよいではないか。
労働は棲み分ければ良い。。。

官々愕々 派遣法改正の前にすべきこと
派遣法が改正されそうだ。これまでは、専門的なものを除く普通の業務では、派遣を活用できる期間は「3年」が上限だった。この規制を緩和して、すべての仕事で、3年ごとに派遣労働者を代えれば、派遣に仕事を任せ続けられるようにするという。これに対して、非正規雇用をますます増加させるとして反対の声が上がっている。
自民党を支持する既得権団体の反対が怖くて、規制改革をほとんど進められない安倍政権にとって、雇用関連の規制改革は、固定客を失う心配がなく、しかも、経団連が一番喜ぶ話なので、どうしてもやりたい政策だ。連合も、実は大企業正社員の既得権を守る団体だから、本気で反対はしないから実現はしやすい。
最近、格差批判が高まってきているが、その最大の原因は、企業や産業の生産性が上がらず国際競争力が弱まる中で、企業があらゆる手段で賃金抑制によるコスト削減を図っていることにある。これに対して、事後的に格差を是正するための政策（例えば累進課税の累進度を上げたりするなど）を強化するだけでは、労働意欲が減退し、生産性はかえって低下するため、分配すべきパイそのものが縮小してしまう。
経済学的には、労働者を生産性の低い企業や産業から生産性の高いところに移動させればよいというのが定説だから、派遣などの非正規雇用を使いやすくしようという理屈になる。
しかし、この要請は、あくまで経営者側の視点に立ったものである。雇用関連の課題は多岐にわたるが、これらは単に企業競争力の観点だけで論じるべきものではないし、労働者保護の観点だけで考えてもいけない。また、雇用問題を労使の対立問題とする従来の図式では、社会全体の視点が抜け落ちていた。その結果、日本の社会構造が歪む結果になっている。

さらに問題なのは、男も女も会社に縛られているから、民間の様々な活動が弱い。自助、共助、公助のうち、共助が弱いのが日本の特色だ。労働運動、消費者運動、環境活動、政治活動、脱原発運動、様々な慈善活動、すべてが弱く、政府・自治体がそれに代わる役割を求められるために官が肥大化する。政府と企業だけが強大な歪んだ社会になっているのだ。これでは先進国ではない。そこから抜け出すために、何をすべきか。
サービス残業撲滅のための徹底取り締まり。似非管理職制や裁量労働制の乱用規制、例えば、年収で800万円とか1000万円以上という規制をかける。有給休暇の強制取得または買い取りを義務付ける。残業の割増率を高める。これらは雇用増加にもつながる。残業実態や有休取得実績の開示を義務付け、不当表示には厳罰。厳格な同一労働同一賃金規制を導入。企業の年金、健康保険の対象になっていない非正規雇用の労働者にも広くこれらの権利を与える。
こうした改革やセイフティ・ネットの強化策とともに、雇用の流動化を検討するのが本筋だ。もちろん、経団連は反対するだろう。安倍総理はこれと戦う勇気があるのか。誰のためのアベノミクスか。その真価が問われる。
