特に 共産党と社会党崩れの主張は 宗教的ともいえる “凝り固まり”
現実社会に生きずに 組織内論理に生きる官僚とおんなじ思考回路。。
学者さんと政治家では 所謂(ｲﾜﾕﾙ) “理想と現実のギャップ”
学者さんは専門分野に特化し 現実社会への対応が脆弱。
議論を繰り返しても答えの出ない不毛さだけを 際ださせてる。。。。
政治主導で行うしかない！

民主主義とは 多くの立場からの代表者を選挙で生みだし多数決で決める。
三権分立で 憲法に反するものは抑制される。
結果は 次の選挙で有権者によって 審判される。
この国をあげての実証実験を繰り返すことで “経験知”を蓄積すること
それだけが 社会の進化を “前に進める技法”
内戦＆戦争を回避する知恵である。。

憲法解釈変更による“集団的自衛権行使の容認”
従来的には 憲法改正によって集団的自衛権を盛り込む としてきた。
領土&領空侵犯が現実化した現在、
中長距離ミサイル発射が繰り返される現在、
憲法改正期間以前の 有事に備えるには 憲法解釈変更しかない。
極東において周辺有事が発生すれば、
国際社会において “お金ではない現実的行動”が求められる。
日本も予想される危機に対し 集団的自衛権を持たねばならない。
尖閣諸島の領海内に中国船がやって来る。
きちんと対処しなければならない。
為されるがまんまに放置すれば、、 結果は取り返しのできないものに
なってる。
歴史認識をめぐる周辺国との軋轢 が繰りかえされ続けている。。。
日本自身が戦争責任を 国として統一して確立しなければ、
国家としての 一貫した毅然とした態度はとれない。。。。

このことを 国として統一された歴史とする。
その上で、
“南京大虐殺はなかった”＆“従軍慰安婦への軍隊の関与はなかった”。
このことを 外交的にゆるぎなく広めて行く。。。
日本国の民は 基本的に “政治的な問題に対し 受け身的であり続ける。”
受容し続け、失敗すれば“お上”だけが 責任をとれば良いと歴史的にして

日米共同声明「ＴＰＰ前進の道筋を特定」 4月25日 11時52分
日米両政府は２４日に行われた日米首脳会談の成果などを盛り込んだ共同声明を発表し、焦点のＴＰＰ＝環太平洋パートナーシップ協定を巡り、「二国間の重要な課題について前進する道筋を特定した」としたほか、沖縄県の尖閣諸島に日米安全保障条約が適用されることを明記しました。
安倍総理大臣は「日米両国にとって画期的な声明となった」と評価しました。
日米首脳会談の成果などを盛り込んだ共同声明は、当初は、２４日の首脳会談の直後に発表される予定でしたが、ＴＰＰ＝環太平洋パートナーシップ協定を巡る日米の閣僚級協議が継続されることになったため、発表が見送られる異例の事態となっていました。
その後、ＴＰＰを巡る閣僚級協議が２４日の午後に行われたのに続き、事務レベルでの協議が断続的に行われたことを受けて、共同声明は２５日午前、発表されました。
それによりますと、焦点のＴＰＰを巡り、「日米両国は、高い水準で野心的で、包括的なＴＰＰを達成するために必要な大胆な措置を取ることにコミットしている。両国は、二国間の重要な課題について前進する道筋を特定した」としています。
そのうえで、「今回の日米の協議は、ＴＰＰ交渉における重要な節目であり、より幅広い交渉へと弾みをもたらすことになる」として、すべてのＴＰＰ交渉参加国に対し、協定の妥結に向け、可能なかぎり早期に行動するよう呼びかる方針を打ち出しています。
一方、安全保障分野では、日本の「積極的平和主義」と、アメリカのアジアを重視する「リバランス政策」は、「ともに、平和で繁栄したアジア太平洋を確かなものにしていくために、日米同盟が主導的な役割を果たすことに寄与する」と位置づけています。
また、中国が海洋進出を強めていることを念頭に、「航行の自由や飛行の自由を含む国際法の尊重に基づく海洋秩序を維持することの重要性を強調し、事前に調整することなく東シナ海に防空識別圏の設定を表明するといった、東シナ海および南シナ海での緊張を高める最近の行動に対する強い懸念を共有する」としています。
そのうえで、「威嚇や力によって、領土や海洋に関する権利を主張しようとする、いかなる試みにも反対し、日米両国は、これらの緊張に対処するため、地域における各国政府などの信頼醸成措置の確立を強く促す」としています。
そして、沖縄県の尖閣諸島については、「アメリカは日米安全保障条約の下での関与を果たすために必要な全ての能力を提供しており、これらの関与は、尖閣諸島を含め、日本の施政下にあるすべての領域に及ぶ」として、尖閣諸島に日米安全保障条約が適用されることを明記しています。
さらに、「アメリカは尖閣諸島に対する日本の施政を損なおうとするいかなる一方的な行動にも反対する」としています。
一方、安倍総理大臣が目指す集団的自衛権の行使容認に関連して、「アメリカは、集団的自衛権の行使に関する事項について日本が検討を行っていることを歓迎し、支持する」としています。
また、沖縄のアメリカ軍普天間基地の移設問題について、名護市辺野古への早期の移設などは、「長期的に持続可能なアメリカ軍のプレゼンスを確かなものとし、日米両国は、沖縄へのアメリカ軍の影響を軽減することに対する関与を再確認する」としています。
このほか、地域の安全と繁栄にとってＡＳＥＡＮ＝東南アジア諸国連合の一体性の確保が重要だとしたうえで、日米両国が、外交や経済、安全保障などの分野でＡＳＥＡＮとの協力を深化させることなども盛り込まれています。
官房長官「日米関係に影響なし」
菅官房長官は閣議のあとの記者会見で、記者団が「共同声明の発表が遅れたことでアメリカとの信頼関係に影響は出ないか」と質問したのに対し、「全く当たらないと思う。今回のオバマ大統領の訪日で重要なのは安全保障と経済政策、ＴＰＰだ。ＴＰＰはまさに国益と国益を懸けたぎりぎりの協議を行っており、全体がセットなので、それができていないから発表しなかった。ＴＰＰも今後、日米が連携して交渉を加速させるということまではきちんと進んでいる」と述べました。
