蘇我氏から　藤原氏へ権力が移行した時代　(７０数年間)


　この時代に特徴的な　出来事。
日本の歴史には　8人の歴代女性天皇が10代おられます。
推古天皇から称徳天皇(５９２～７７０年)。
この間、１８０年で　６人の女性天皇が生まれている。
歴代天皇は　この時期を外せば、男系です。


　女性天皇の時代の権力は　蘇我氏と藤原氏に象徴される。
天皇家に　“娘を嫁がせる”ことで　次期天皇の血縁を得て　実質的な権力を手中にする。
　まどろっこしい手段であるが　地形学的に国家統一が出来なかったための　苦肉の策でしょう。


日本史的に　極めて特殊で　異常な時代です。
この頃には　百済人などが大挙して　日本に難民としやって来てます。
白村江の戦で　日本が朝鮮半島での権益を失ってしまったためです。
６７６年に　新羅が朝鮮半島から　唐軍を追い出してしまったために、
唐から日本への直接的な侵攻の危険性は　回避されております。

　天智天皇は　唐の侵攻に対する日本の防衛に動いています。
　　(687＆689年には　高句麗・新羅からの渡来が見受けられる。)　
　天武天皇は　国内政治に集中してます。

中大兄皇子が皇極天皇4年（645年）6月12日に20歳で乙巳の変を起こしたとき、大海人皇子は年少であり、おそらく陰謀には関わらなかった[6]。事件の結果皇極天皇は退位し孝徳天皇が即位した。後、白雉4年（653年）に中大兄皇子が孝徳天皇と袂を分かち難波京から倭（やまと）に移ったとき、行動をともにした[7]。やがて孝徳天皇は病死し、皇極天皇が斉明天皇として再び天皇になった。 大海人皇子は中大兄皇子の娘を次々に4人まで妻とした。百済復興のための朝鮮半島出兵で、斉明天皇と中大兄皇子が筑紫（九州）に宮を移したときには、大海人皇子も妻を連れて従った[8]。旅の途中、斉明天皇7年（661年）1月8日に妻の大田皇女が大伯海[9]で大伯皇女を生み、大津皇子の名も筑紫の娜大津[10]での出生に由来すると言われる。大海人皇子は額田王を妻として子を儲けたが、後に額田王は中大兄皇子の妃になった。この三角関係が後の兄弟の不和の原因となったとする説があり、賛否ある。　

天武天皇は、一人の大臣も置かず、法官、兵政官などを直属させて自ら政務をみた。要職に皇族をつけたのが特徴で、これを皇親政治という。
