　6,500年前　小惑星がメキシコ(ユカタン半島)に激突。
それによって　副次現象が地球全体を覆い、寒波と酸性雨が続いた。

　一つの考えとして、
現在のように　アフリカから日本に　飛行機で移動すれば半日ぐらい。
人類は　アフリカからアジア大陸の東の果てまで　２００万年はかけて移動したのか？

　遠距離を移動すれば　距離に比例して　困難が増大する。
身体的に弱きもの　そして　運がなかった者が淘汰され、奇跡的に生き残ったもんが　日本に統計的レベルでは　存在出来た。
　
　
人種的には　統計的遺伝子レベルで知性に優劣は無いとされる。
たとえば　自然へのかかわり方の違いでは　民族的に優劣が云えるのなら　生活習慣レベルで・・・・・、

後は　“阿弥陀公事”で　十分でないか。。。。。

国の税金を使って給料を出すのだから、
”国のペーパーテスト平均得点”　を反映させる“公務員”で　良いのでは・・・、
