CLT工法の優位性
施工がシンプル
それぞれのパネル自体が柱・梁となり、欧州においては接合部はビスと金具による接合が基本のため、従来の木造と比べて施工がシンプルです。このため、熟練した技術者でなくとも施工が可能になります。
RC造などと比べ、短い建築期間
工場でCLTパネルの製造・加工が行なわれるため、現場での施工が少なくなります。

　ワンマン運行で運転手の交代がないこともあり、途中１時間から１時間半ごとに休憩がある。だから長時間乗車といっても、意外に楽だ。
　休憩は五條バスセンター（１０分）、上野地（うえのじ、２０分）、十津川温泉（３０分）の３カ所だ。１６７の停留所といっても、実際に止まる停留所は少ないので、「特急」といっても差し支えないだろう。私の乗ったバスは休憩の３カ所以外では１６カ所しか止まらなかった。観光名所にさしかかると女性のきれいな声でガイド音声が流れるので、観光気分も味わえる。
　沿線の見どころは多いが、メーンは日本一広い村として知られる十津川村だ。
　休憩地の上野地では、十津川にかかる「谷瀬（たにぜ）の吊り橋」が体験できる。高さ５４メートル、長さ２９７メートルは、生活用の鉄線吊り橋としては日本有数を誇る。昭和２９年、対岸集落の住民らが山の木を切るなどして１戸２０万円を出し合い、総額８００万円で造られた。
　歩いて渡るだけでもかなり揺れるが、地元の人はバイクや自転車に乗ったまま平気で渡る。毎年８月４日には、橋の上で和太鼓を演奏する「揺れ太鼓」が催される。
　また村内には湯泉地（とうせんじ）温泉、十津川温泉、上湯（かみゆ）温泉の３つの温泉場がある。歴史は古く、いずれも優れた泉質が自慢だ。平成１６年６月には全国初の「源泉かけ流し宣言」を発表し、すべての温泉施設を源泉かけ流しにした。

　他にも玉置神社や熊野参詣道小辺路（こへち）など見どころが数多くある。
　災害が少ないといわれる県内だが、十津川村は時折、大きな災害に見舞われてきた。
　明治２２年の十津川大水害では１６８人が死亡、村落の大部分が壊滅状態になった。約２５００人が北海道へ移住し、新十津川村（現在は新十津川町）を開拓した。土砂の堆積で川幅が広がって吊橋が必要になったのも、この水害以降という。
　平成２３年９月の台風１２号による紀伊半島豪雨では、大規模な土砂崩れや落橋で道路が寸断。家屋が流され、五條市、天川村を含めて死者１４人、行方不明１０人という明治以来の甚大な被害が出た。
　現在は道路や橋の応急処置が進み、バスの運行に支障はないが、所々に土砂崩れの爪痕がまだ残り、復旧工事は続いている。また一部地域の住民は、今でも仮設避難住宅での生活を強いられている。
　八木新宮特急バスには、途中下車可能、２日間有効のバスハイク乗車券もある。復興支援のためにも、豊かな自然と歴史に恵まれた十津川村を訪れてみてはどうだろう。

　寒くなり、空気が乾燥してくると気になるのが、「風邪」です。番組では世の中にあふれる風邪対策の中で、どれが医学的に根拠のあるものなのかを紹介しました。薬の飲み方、こじらせた時の対処、予防法等々、意外に勘違いしていることが多い風邪についての知識を再整理して、この冬を乗り切る手段をお伝えしました。

風邪って何？
　風邪の明確な定義は定まっていませんが、よく使われる定義としては「ウイルスによる急性の上気道（鼻からのどにかけての間）の感染症」というものがあります。
ポイントは「風邪は細菌ではなくウイルスによる感染症である」ということです。
風邪を起こすウイルスは２００以上ありますが、それらに共通する症状は「せき、鼻水、のどの痛み」の３つの症状です。ゲストの岸田直樹さんによるとこれらの３症状のうち３つが１～２日の間に同時に起きたら風邪だと考えて差し支えがないということでした。（このうち２症状が出ているだけでも、風邪の可能性が大きいと考えるそうです）
これは逆に頭痛や下痢、熱の症状があったとしても、この３症状がないなら風邪以外の疾患を考えた方がよいということです。

風邪の治し方
　風邪を治すときに最も知っておくべきことは、「風邪に特効薬はない」ということです。どのような対策をとっても風邪を引いてしまったら、顕著に治りを早くする方法はありません。（インフルエンザウイルスにのみ特効薬があります）
また抗生物質は、細菌に対して効果を発揮するものなので、ウイルスが原因である風邪には効き目はありません。
※市販薬には風邪の症状を緩和する効果があります。症状を抑える必要がある場合、薬を服用しても問題ありません。
※ビタミンや亜鉛など、「風邪に効果がある」と言われている食品について、それを証明する研究・論文は発表されています。
ただ、医学的に「使用すれば必ず効果がある」と言えるだけの研究はまだ十分ではなく、今後の成果が期待されている状況です。

発熱と風邪の治療について
　久留米大学医学部名誉教授の加地正郎さんによると「少なくとも３７度台の熱において解熱剤を飲んでしまうと風邪の治りを遅くしてしまう可能性がある」ということです。
これは発熱がウイルスの活動を弱める上に、体の抵抗力を活性化させる作用を持っていると考えられているためです。
※特に小児や高齢者の場合、高熱により負担がかかる場合もあるので、医師の指示に従ってください。
※人によっては、高熱が体へ過度の負担となる場合があるので、その場合、解熱剤を服用することに問題はありません。

風邪が長くなと思ったら風邪以外の病気かも･･･
　風邪は普通、症状が出始めて１～３日が症状のピークになります。（熱が出る場合もこの時期が最も高く発熱します）
逆にこの時期が過ぎても３８度以上の熱が続く場合や、風邪の３症状のうちのどれか１つ以上が１０日以上長引く場合は「風邪から別の病気に変わっている」可能性があります。そうした場合は医師に相談する必要があります。（３症状のうちせきが長引くケースでは単純に風邪でのどが荒れてしまった感冒後せきという症状の可能性もあります。これはのどの粘膜が完全に治るまで１か月以上かかる場合もあります）


風邪の予防について
　番組では風邪の予防の中で特に効果があるものはどれなのかをご紹介しました。
風邪において最も効果があるのは「手洗い」です。また、これに加えて「うがい」「人混みの中でマスクをする」「加湿器を利用する」といったことを合わせて行うのが有効です。

　研究チームが使ったのは、野生のチーターがどのように生活しているかを調査した研究で使われた手法だ。この研究では、GPSや加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、および磁力計を備えた無線付きの首輪が利用された。
　英国王立獣医科大学（RVC）のアラン・ウィルソン教授が率いる研究チームは今回、ネコに適したミニ首輪をつくった。そして英国サリーにあるシャムリー・グリーンという村で50匹のネコ（とその飼い主）を集め、ネコに記録用の首輪を取り付け、数日にわたって24時間のモニタリングを行った。一部のネコにはウェアラブルカメラも取り付け、外出時にネコたちが行っていることの動画データも集めた。
　驚くべきことに、ほとんどのネコはあまり遠くまでは出歩いていなかった。オスの冒険は多くが家から100m以内であり、メスの外出はその半分ほどだった。ぐうたらなネコの中には、家の庭から出ることさえしないものもいた。

山岳遭難者が過去最多 中高年が大半　　6月16日 4時10分

　去年１年間に全国の山で遭難した人は２４００人余りと、統計が残っている昭和３６年以降、最も多くなったことが分かり、警察庁は登山ブームを背景に中高年の登山者が遭難するケースが目立っているとして注意を呼びかけています。
　警察庁によりますと、去年１年間に全国の山で遭難した人は、おととしより１２％多い２４６５人と４年連続で２０００人を超え、統計を取り始めた昭和３６年以降、最も多くなりました。
　このうち死者と行方不明者は、去年５月に北アルプスの奥穂高岳で３０代の男性２人が登山中に尾根から滑落して死亡するなど２８４人に上り、年齢別では６０歳以上が６８％で、４０歳以上では全体の８９％と中高年が大半を占めています。
　中高年が遭難した理由をみますと、「道に迷った」が４２％と最も多く、次いで「滑落」が１５％、「転倒」が１４％などとなっています。
　山岳遭難ではことしの大型連休中にも２２人が死亡しており、警察庁は体力や経験、それに気象条件に見合った余裕のある登山計画を立てるよう注意を呼びかけています。

　だが、納得しない尾辻氏は「これだけ党内に議論があるのに、なぜ急ぐのか」とさらに追及。西川氏も堪忍袋の緒が切れたのか、「あんたも静かにしろよ！！」と反撃した。これに対し、尾辻氏は「声を張り上げるなと言ったのは、あんただろ！」と応戦。両氏が立ったまま、殴り合い寸前のようににらみ合った。

　　シンガポール、ニュージーランド、チリ、ブルネイ、米国、オーストラリア、ペルー、ベトナム、マレーシア、カナダ、メキシコ　などが参加表明。

が、TPP の根本原理。

大阪の市立高校でバスケットボール部の顧問の教師から体罰を受けていた男子生徒が自殺した問題について、元プロ野球選手の桑田真澄さんがインタビューに応じました。 桑田さんは、高校野球で２度の全国優勝を果たし、プロ野球の巨人などで活躍したあと、大学院でスポーツの精神主義の問題点などについて学びました。現在は、かつて自分も体罰を受けた経験を踏まえて、体罰による指導への反対を訴えながら全国で講演活動や子どもたちの指導に当たっています。 インタビューの中で、桑田さんは「体罰は安易な指導方法で決して強くならない」としたうえで、「今の時代にあった指導方法に変えていくべきだ」と訴えました。 Ｑ：大阪の市立高校で起きた体罰についてどう思いますか？ 桑田：まず心が痛いです。ご両親や身内の方のことを思うと、本当に心が痛いとしか言いようがないです。残念な出来事です。 Ｑ：体罰によって命が奪われる事態はあってはならない？ 桑田：僕も当然（小中学生時代は）体罰を受けてきましたし、グラウンドに行って殴られない日がない、そういう時代でした。毎日、何発か殴られて、ほっぺたに手の跡をつけて帰ったり。ケツバットされてお尻にバットの跡が３本も５本もついて、自転車に乗って帰るんですけど、サドルに座れないぐらい腫れ上がったこともありました。 よく体罰は愛情だと言いますが、僕は殴られて愛情だと感じることはなかったですね。 僕は体罰には猛反対なんです。あるべきではないと思っています。体罰をすることで指導する方法って、僕はいちばん簡単だと思うんです。「なぜ、できないんだ」「気合を入れろよ」と体罰をするのではなくて、もう少し話をして、できなければできるように、いろんな角度から説明をする指導方法のほうがもっと難しいんですね。 手っ取り早い指導方法が体罰だと僕は思っています。いろんな考えがあるとは思いますけど、僕は体罰には反対ですね。 体罰を生む背景は Ｑ：桑田さん自身、厳しい指導があったから一流になれたという見方もありますが？ 桑田：当時、体罰を受けていた選手が、全員、プロ野球選手になったかと言ったら、ならなかったわけじゃないですか。今は体罰は少なくなっているけど、プロ野球選手が出ていないかというと、出ているわけじゃないですか。 僕は高校１年生のときに３年生の試合とかに出ていましたので、上級生からプレーできないような体罰を受けたりとかしましたけど、どうしてそんな卑怯なことをするんだろう、スポーツマンがそんな卑怯なことをしたらだめじゃないかとずっと思っていました。 何だ偉そうに言っているなと思う人もいるかも知れないですけれど、僕は体罰をやられて嫌だったので、体罰はしなかったです。人がやっているのを見るのも嫌ですし、当然、自分はしたくないと思っています。 Ｑ：体罰を生む背景は？ 桑田：勝利ですね。 「チームが勝ちたい」「自分が勝ちたい」ということですね。例えばチーム内であれば、自分がレギュラーになるために後輩をつぶしていかないと自分がレギュラーになれないとか、指導者は優勝しないと周りに対しての示しがつかないとか、首になるとかですね、勝利至上主義になってしまっているということですね。 本来、誰もが、子どもを育てる、選手を育てるという育成を目的にしているのにもかかわらず、実際にスポーツの現場で行われているのは勝利至上主義ですよね。僕はプロ野球は勝利至上主義でいいと思っているんです。でも、アマチュアは勝利至上主義よりも人材育成主義、育成主義ではないとダメだと思っています。 体罰をなくすためには 桑田：僕は体罰を受けたからといって、その人を恨んでいるかと言ったら、全く恨んでいないです。なぜかというと、その時代はそれが当たり前だったんですね。みんなが、それが正解だと思っていた時代なんですよ。当然、運動中には水を飲んではいけない時代でしたけど、今は水を飲みなさいという時代です。まったく反対ですよね。僕の時代、水を飲んだらばてるし、上手くならないと言われていたんですよね。ところが、今は１５分か２０分おきに水分を補給しなさいと言われる時代です。じゃあ、僕たちのあの時代は何だったのかと。それはスポーツ医科学がまだまだ解明されていなくて、その時代はそれが正解だったんですね。 指導方法も体罰は当たり前の時代だったんです。でも今は時代が違うということです。いろんなことが解明されてきて、指導するに当たってもビデオを使ったり、いろんな角度から指導できるわけじゃないですか。ですから指導方法も変わっていかないといけない。時代にあわせて指導方法も変えていかないといけないということを、みんなで共有して取り組んでいかないといけない時期に来ていると僕は思います。 Ｑ：体罰をなくすために指導者には何が必要ですか？ 桑田：われわれ指導者の勉強ですね。やっぱり、勉強が足りないと思います。 ちょっと指導者講習会に行ってライセンスを取ったのだけれど、俺は俺のやり方でという人が結構多いと思うんです。また、これは統計をとったわけではないですけれど、往々にして昔ながらの指導をしている人が結果を出しやすいのがスポーツ界なんです。 でも、勇気を持って今の時代にあった新しい指導方法を現場で実践する指導者が１人でも多く出てきてもらいたいです。そのために、僕も全国で指導者講習会を一回でも多く開いて、みんなに伝えていきたいと思います。

体罰への認識が甘かった…喪服姿の橋下市長

　文部科学省のレベルが低いなら・学校が機能してないなら・教師が先生と呼ばれる資格もないのなら、、、、、、
　せめて、　子供たちが地域的に日常的に接することが多い「子供関係」を考慮して、
