　ここ数十年来“きれい好きな生活”がまかり通ってる。
　抗菌を謳う商品・消臭剤が氾濫してきた。
　おんなじにやって来たのが　“住宅の密閉化”。

　閉ざされがちな空間は　やたらと菌が増殖しやすい環境。

　日常生活で、
　帰宅すれば　水で手を洗い＆うがいするだけで良い！
　油性の汚れが感じられれば　石鹸で洗えば良い。
　
　ウィルス＆菌などを徹底的に身の回りからなくす。
　そんなことは不可能に近い。
　
　歴史として、
　日本人は　非密閉的な居住空間で暮らしてきた。
　雑菌と伴に　生きてきたともいえる。。。
　すべてを　流れる水で“洗い流し”てやってきた。



　とにも角にも、
　お米ってね“きれいな水”がないと美味しくないんです！
　溜め池やダムから放流された水で栽培された米は　
　基本的に美味しく感じられません。

　水は　“禊ぎ”
　伊邪那伎大神が　文献ではみそぎの始めでしょう。
　“上流は流れが速い”　
　　これは　物理的な問題と考えてよいと感じる。
　　身体が流されてしまう。。。
　“下流は流れが弱い”
　　｢流れが弱い｣ことが　“禊ぎ”には適さない！と云ってる。

　淀んだ水は　禊ぎには適していないのです。。
　禊ぎの水は　常に流れ続けていなければならない。。。
　日本食の本源である米には　流れ続ける水がいる。

　物質をよく溶かす

　左の目を洗うと天照大御神（あまてらすおほみかみ）が生まれた。右の目を洗うと月読命（つくよみのみこと）が生まれた。鼻を洗うと建速須佐之男命（たけはやすさのをのみこと）が生まれた。イザナギは最後に三柱の貴い子を得たと喜び、天照大御神に首飾りの玉の緒を渡して高天原を委任した。その首飾りの玉を御倉板挙之神（みくらたなののかみ）という。月読命には夜の食国（をすくに）を、建速須佐之男命には海原を委任した。
