公共の場所　駅・広場・通路などで　“ドライミスト”が出回ってる。

水を霧状にして散布するのですが、かかっても濡れないのです。。。
何故か？
１０μ(ﾐｸﾛﾝ)以下の水の粒子は　ものにぶつかっても
跳ね返って、通常の水や雨の様に濡れません。。
それでも　気温を低下させます。。。
